My stay here Was And Is Always Pleasant , the Normal do Long Stays when I’m here. Rooms are Clean doesn’t Have a Heavy smoke Smell . The staff from Housekeeping to the Front Desk is wonderful. Ms.Shobna is one of my favorite workers Very Sweet and Understanding, anytime I’m in Jacksonville I’ll Be Staying here Af the Super 8
I first experienced the super 8 in Orange Park was about a month ago on a business trip.i was new to the Jacksonville area and the lady at the counter was very friendly and was helpful on pointing out places to check out.The room I stayed was completely redone!! I was really shocked on quality of the room considerinrg the rate I got it for online!! We literal paid a lot more for a room (with in a couple miles away) that wasn't as nice.i also like it's convenient to stores,gas,mall and right next to the interstate.I have stayed @ this super 8 several times since then
To whom it may concern I have stayed at the Super 8 for awhile... Ms Shabna has been a wonderful hostess. Always overly helpful and kind. I’d definitely say from a personal point of few I do not believe she’s capable of the accusations..So witnessing an exchange of money doesn’t necessarily have to be bribes.Could be protection since she’s a sweet lady working late shifts!! Jumping to assumptions isn’t the way to go.
The owner here was very nice and the rooms were very clean. It's been real nice and quiet and would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone to stay here. I have stayed in alot of super 8 motels and this one by far is the best one I have ever stayed in hands down. Once again thank you for your awesome service and clean rooms.
The location is in an easily accessible area just off the interstate. It is accommodating for semi-truck parking, and surprisingly quiet given the location adjacent to the highway. The room was inviting, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff are friendly, and went the extra mile to make sure my stay was a pleasant one.
I checked in today and the staff, the head house keeper lady, and maintinence people are very nice and helpful. This is our fourth time staying with Super 8. I would recommend them. Thank you for being so nice. Gave us a good deal on a nice room.
Me and my family have been staying here for about a week so far. Very enjoyable place. The front desk staff have been wonderful with the exception of one (Tony) who is very rude and and not very hospitable but try not to let one person spoil the rest of the staff. With years of experience in customer service and a front desk clerk myself I wouldn't have him on my staff. However, to my surprise the rooms are very clean and presentable. Overall I would stay again.
After Irma the 1st day we were rescued from the 5ft of water in our home & had nowhere to go with little money. Power had been out for days & we were wet and dirty and starving but I needed to make sure my kids werent going to a crack motel so I went in and talked to the lady there & she was so nice & helpful! Put us in the room by the office for safety, didnt try to lie about the crime that occurs overnight but instead helped protect us from it. She checked us in early & gave us extra stuff. They never do that at these places. For a cheap cheap last minute quick stay, this is your best bet!
